WPS Financial Group, the group that owns Swansea-based Chartered Financial Advisers SIP Wealth Management, has hired a Compliance and Operations Director in a move designed to cement its position as one of Wales’ biggest and most successful financial advisory groups.
Andrew Boyt has 33 years’ experience working in the wholesale financial services arena. He is highly qualified and has an extensive knowledge of the UK marketplace having covered life assurance, pensions and investment servicing on behalf of a range of well-known providers.
In his new role Andrew will be responsible for the regulatory compliance of the WPS Group. He will also undertake a full review of the services offered to clients by the companies within the WPS Group, including the way clients’ funds are invested and the systems used to deliver services to clients.

Swansea-born, Andrew now lives in Carmarthenshire. He has been married to Norma since 1985, they have two children. In his spare time, he is a volunteer DJ on Radio Tircoed, a community radio station in the Swansea area.
