I joined the SIP team as a Paraplanner in September 2017 after relocating from Worcester.
I have worked in Financial Services for 5 years for large companies based in the West Midlands, and started my career specialising in Auto Enrolment, eventually moving into a Paraplanner role in 2015.
I am currently studying towards my Diploma in Financial Planning to compliment my degree in Business Management.
Alex joined SIP in 2016 in a junior paraplanner role having recently worked in estate agency. Alex also holds a degree in mathematics from Swansea University.
Alex’s job role includes basic paraplanning (document management), investment research and portfolio building and more recently in-depth report writing and preparation for defined benefits pension transfers.

I have been working at SIP Wealth Management since June as a trainee, where I have been handling administrative and research queries. I primarily specialise in preparatory work, providing the necessary information to advisers prior to their meetings with clients. I hope to develop my skills further with the support of the company training program, and plan to sit Para Planning exams in the future.
